The San Domenico farm was founded in 1995 as the “Azienda Agricola San Domenico”.
San Domenico’s olive production site is located in the countryside of Palo del Colle, in the province of Bari, near the convent of San Domenico, from which the area gets its name.
The olive trees  that are used to make the SAN DOMENICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil are cultivated in this ancient place.
Since its inception, the company has embraced the philosophy of organic farming, in accordance with the standards and requirements set by the European Union.
The methods of cultivation, processing and production have always been in line with the ethics of organic farming, in order to enhance the ancient Puglian art of making olive oil which has its roots in a peasant culture in which the fruits of the earth are considered true "gifts of nature."
